Meet the founder

Tracy Nabude is a young leader at Yigata Safaris with international training in hospitality and practical experience in guest service, tourism operations, marketing, and customer engagement. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from Switzerland.

Her work supports Uganda’s positioning as a memorable travel destination by promoting quality visitor experiences, sustainable tourism, cultural appreciation, and benefits for local communities.

Education and International Exposure

Her Swiss education gave her international exposure and a strong foundation in hospitality standards, service excellence, and tourism management, which she applies in Uganda’s tourism sector.

Professional Hospitality Experience

Tracy gained hands-on experience in a four-star hotel in Switzerland as a Head Waiter and Receiving Clerk, developing skills in guest service, teamwork, organization, and hotel operations.

She also worked at Han Kung Chinese Restaurant in Chur and in Food and Beverage operations in Leysin, strengthening her ability to serve diverse guests and adapt to different hospitality settings.
